The Institute of Actuaries of India spearheads proactive measures to foster meaningful engagement with diverse stakeholders including students, educators, professionals, educational institutions, and corporate entities. Through a spectrum of meticulously crafted events and initiatives, our aim is to Inform, Empower, and Cultivate.

Objectives:

• Promote the Actuarial Profession
• Foster Collaborative Partnerships with educational institutions
• Cultivate Corporate Relationships, bridging the gap between academia and industry!

Key Activities:

1. Outreach at School, College, and University
   • Seminars and Workshops: Interactive sessions on actuarial science, its applications, and career paths.
   • Guest Lectures: Talks by experienced actuaries and industry professionals to provide real-world insights.
   • Career Guidance Sessions: Informative talks aimed at high school students to introduce them to the actuarial profession.
2. Connect sessions at corporate offices
   • Identifying skill gaps and training requirements
   • Address industry challenges and leverage emerging opportunities.
   • Understand the current challenges faced by both employers and students.
   • To discuss recruitment needs and strategies.
