Members (Active, Inactive, or Discontinued) may require a signed copy of their qualification or examination pass history for their records or for submission to relevant authorities.

Members are requested to log in to their IAI Member Login and access the “Other Service > Performance Report” module to submit their application.

• The module allows members to:
  • Select their specific requirement
  • Submit the application online
  • Make the applicable payment
• Fee: ₹500 per subject + 18% GST (non-refundable)

Important Note:

Candidates must submit a request through the prescribed process to obtain performance reports for examinations that have been passed or exempted.
